For Mac OS X, a Lite version and a Pro version (both are not free) are available from the Mac App Store.

Watch a video made by YouTube User: Randy Resnick (will open in a new tab)
showing how to "Install Blink and TalkShoe Connect in 3 Minutes".

At the 1:40 minute mark in the video (the clock running within the video reads 2:22), the video states to enter 26635 (the show number).  You will substitute the Conference ID (also known as the Call ID) of the show you want to call into.

At the 1:55 minute mark (the clock running within the video reads 2:37), type in the name of the Call Series that you are calling into.

You will need to add separate entries for each TalkShoe Call ID that you want to call into.  In the video this is shown from the 1:26 minute mark to the 2:07 minute mark (the clock running within the video reads 2:08 to 2:50).
