The studio for your show will open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Make sure you are signed in to your account and navigate to the ‘Shows’ section of your account. Your list of shows will appear. Click ‘Join studio’ for the show with the live episode. Before entering the studio, you will be prompted to choose how to connect your audio.
‘Internet’ will take you to your Online Studio (requires Google Chrome on a Windows, Mac, Linux, or Android device) and connect you to your computer’s default microphone and speakers (a headset is recommended).
‘Phone’ will display your show’s details and a drop-down list of all available dial-in numbers, so you can dial-in by phone while viewing the screen. After calling in, just enter in the supplied Show ID and PIN (each followed by the # key) when instructed. Then click ‘View meeting room’ to join the Online Studio (requires Google Chrome on a Windows, Mac, Linux, or Android device).
‘View Only’ will add you to the studio without connecting any audio devices. You will still be able to manage the episode and share or view documents without audio.
